Membership Info and Pricing

Thank you for your interest in joining the Southern Indiana Society for Human Resource Management, Chapter #709. SISHRM is a not-for-profit association established in 2007 and is also an affiliate chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). As a SHRM chapter, SISHRM strives to advance the profession and serve the professional by providing various speakers and networking opportunities to our members.

SISHRM typically holds 9 meetings per year with in-person and virtual options, social and networking functions, full and/or half day conferences in the Spring  and Fall.  Most of our Programs are pre-certified for HR Certification Institute credit and/or SHRM.

Meetings are typically held on the second Wednesday of each month from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at various locations in Southern Indiana.  We also offer our monthly meetings via Zoom for those that can't join us in person.

Membership Breakdown

SISHRM offers two different types of membership: Individual & Corporate.

Individual

Our Individual Membership covers an individual for a full calendar year (January to December) and includes all your meals and admissions fees for our 9 monthly meetings and conferences.  This also includes our Holiday Party and 2 Full Day Conferences!

Individual Dual Membership: If you are already a National SHRM Member, you can become a Dual Member of SISHRM at a discounted rate.  The cost for this membership is $200 for the year.

Individual Local Membership:  Not a National SHRM Member? That's okay! Join us as a Local Member for $230. If you decide to join National SHRM anytime during the year, let SISHRM know and we will issue you a $30 gift card in return!

If you are joining us after June 15th, we offer a Half Year Membership for $99 that does include the Fall Conference that often includes legal topics.

Students

We offer a free student membership for qualifying students (up to the first five students).

BECOME AN INDIVIDUAL or Student MEMBER

Corporate

Our Corporate Membership covers any three individuals from a corporation for a full calendar year (January to December) and includes all your meals and admission fees for our 9 monthly meetings (in-person or virtual), 2 Full Day Conferences, and Holiday Party!

Corporate Membership pricing is $440.

Become A Corporate Member

Non-Members

Non-members are welcome to register for any monthly meeting and will pay a walk-in fee of $25 per meeting, which includes lunch.  Virtual meetings may differ in pricing.
